APLX Grease

LUBETRON APLX LITHIUM

LUBETRON APLX Lithium is a high performance, anti-wear grease which combines the unique features of high viscosity synthetic base fluid with Lithium 12 hydroxy-stearic.

The wax-free nature of the synthetic base fluid, together with its low coefficient of traction compared to mineral oil, provide excellent low temperature pump-ability, very low starting and running to torque and can reduce operating temperature in the load zone of rolling element bearings. The Lithium soap thickener provides excellent thermal stability at high temperatures.

LUBETRON Alpha-2 Grease

LUBETRON Alpha-2 grease is a high temperature, water resistant with high dropping point grease for the use in industrial plain bearings, antifriction bearings, grease lubricated gears and couplings, slides, etc. Alpha-2 grease operates over a wide temperature range. It contains no heavy metal or other harmful or environmentally undesirable additives such as sulfur, phosphorous, chlorine, zinc or lead.

LUBETRON Alpha-2 grease exhibits good mechanical stability maintaining it consistency under prolonged working and for high temperature conditions. Its heat stable non melt thickener resists softening and leakage under high temperatures. It has high dropping point unlike soap thickened greases. This prevents against grease running out of bearings in case of temperature surges above recommended operating range.

Alpha-2 grease has superior high temperature oxidation and thermal stability which is an important characteristic enabling long lubricant life.

These poly base fluids are combined with special thickness to produce compounds resistant to oxidation, thermal breakdown and chemical attack. It also designed for any application where total water repellence, dielectric strength and unsurpassed corrosion protection are paramount.

This poly 730 series fortified formulation is also designed for severe service where both temperature and water contamination are present 730 series has the superior wash out resistance, shear stability and anti-wear properties.

LUBETRON ELECTRA-2 Grease is a high performance, anti-wear grease which combines the unique features of high viscosity calcium based heavy duty, NLGI No. 2 consistency automotive chassis grease.

This grease is added with special tackiness additive which imparts good adhesive properties.

LUBETRON SLC 666

LUBETRON SLC 666 is a various, non-toxic lubricant compound designed for many industrial, automotive and commercial applications. This product is thickened with an inert amorphous silica which provides non-melting properties. SLC 666 is formulated with polydimethyl silicone base fluids which provides natural resistance, excellent dielectric properties with very low odor and will not dry out in service. Other features include resistance to a wide range of chemicals, provides superior lubrication of rubber and allows for excellent release and sealing properties.

Silicone Grease

LUBETRON Silicone Grease -SG

LUBETRON SG Grease specially formulated to handle high dropping point of above 250°C. This grease highly recommended for lubricating ball- bearings and sliding pi-rings in wide temperature range.

These grease reduce high maintenance costs, friction and resistant to high oxidation, nevertheless it also allow life-time lubrication if necessary. Further more it is safety and harmless to use.
